JUHU BEACH is looking for a creative person to play guitar and bass.  Must be able to play in odd time signatures very well, have reliable gear, and able to practice 2-3 times per week. We play out 2-3 times a month, record every 4-5 months, do some minimal touring, and need you to chip in on our practice space (sorry, we're poor).

Influences :The Cure, Unwound, Mogwai, Fugazi, Gang of Four, Radiohead, Archers of Loaf, Chavez and The Velvet Underground.

Sure, they only have three songs out there right now via CD-R demo, so it's not a lot to love, but they're three great songs that really need to be heard. Ever listen to any of those great art/punk bands that came out of Ohio in the mid to late 90's? If you did the 28th should be rad! Juhu Beach and their good chums the masks phantoms will be playing with Other Men My Age (ex-members of Harriet the Spy and New Terror Class). This is an all ages show at the SS Marie Antoinette on Saturday, Jan. 28th it should be hella fun!   8O
