I think we're all under-utilizing one of the best resources for (almost) live music....the television. With that said, I'm going to start posting weekly a calendar for live music events and music related programming ya'll might be interested in. Add your own events if I miss anything. I'm also not guaranteeing complete accuracy.

Also if you have digital cable

  the free On Demand stuff has some extremely stuff every now and then.

Subterranean is by far the best show on any MTV channel...actual videos of stuff you haven't seen before. It's awesome and you can stay hip and stuff.

i just saw the Eagles of Death Metal on the Comedy Central re-broadcast of Conan. they were fucking awesome. great campy neo-buttrock that would fit perfect on a bill with Electric Six and The Darkness. good call by Snizz.
