For the ones that still believe it to be a scam, I'll explain how this works. Bascially, person A signs up, completes an offer, and then refers persons B, C, D, E, and F to sign up and do the same. Unless he can get ALL 5 of those people to sign up and complete a referral, he doesn't get his iPod. If he does, then the company ships him a free iPod. They can afford to do this because 1. The companies that have offers on that page pay freeipods.com for advertising, and 2. not a lot of people are able to get 5 referrals, so they don't have to send them out often. (this is why you see us posting on message boards to not only get referrals, but you help you guys get one too)

One last thing - there's a way to sign up without paying a cent or giving out your credit card number. After your sign up pick the eBay offer, and when registering on eBay choose a phony email address the first time it asks. When it asks for your credit card # to verify your account, click the link that allows you to submit another email address and put yours in. Then just find something of really high value and bid one dollar on it. You'll be outbid, but you'll still be credited for completing the offer.
So come on, let's help each other get free iPods!
