I have a list going of movies I'm ashamed to admit I've never seen. Trying to cross them off one by one. Recently, I've been able to put a checkmark next to Jaws, Deliverance, Being John Malkovich and Lolita. Yes, it's amazing which movies I've never seen. Here's my list. Anyone want to admit their own?

Clockwork Orange
Vertigo
Blade Runner
The Birds
Rocky Horror Picture Show
Rear Window
Amadeus
Valley of the Dolls
Hellraiser
Animal House
Apocalypse Now
All the President's Men
Goodfellas
Exodus
Serpico
This is Spinal Tap

As many of you know, I've never come close to seeing the Matrix, though I'm not ashamed of it at all.  My overriding hatred of Keanu justifies my decision.  The Matrix may be the greatest movie of all time, but if I let it in, I subject myself to letting in Johnny Mneumonic, Sweet November, A Walk in the Clouds, etc.

I've also never seen any of the Air Bud series, but have seen Milo and Otis and Yellow Dog on several occasions.

Joseph -

You are not alone. I've never seen either of the Matrix movies for more than nine minutes consecutively,  despite what watters may say. Nor have I watched that one where Charlize Theron shows her bush. Nor have I seen Johhny Nmuemonic.

I like Keanu though. I think he's nice. Fisher's making me an Xbox with all the songs and movies and I'm gonna get both Point Break and Bill & Ted's on it.

Matt, Two Points:

1. Matrix (at least the first one) is super de dooper. I saw it way way way after it came out and I usually don't like stuff like that. Definitely watch it as soon as possible.

2. Point Break has the extra added benefit of starring Patrick Swayze. Haha.

Well, I've managed to scratch another two movies off my list of "Movies I'm Ashamed To Admit I've Never Seen":

Animal House - With the anniversary of Animal House, I finally decided to break down and watch this old favorite. Maybe the hype or the long wait dulled my impression of this classic. It was worth watching to see John Belushi, who made the movie in my opinion. (5/10)

Amadeus - Fan-fucking-tastic. This is such a great movie and I can't believe I hadn't seen it before. It deserves all the awards and nominations it's ever received. If you haven't yet, watch it immediately. (8.5/10)

I've had way too much time on my hands lately and an uncontrollable urge to watch great movies. To continue scratching "Movies I'm Ashamed to Admit I've Never Seen" off my long list.....:

Requiem for a Dream - Oh my god...great movie, even though very very depressing and sickening in some spots. I can't believe it took me this long to check it out. (9/10)

I haven't seen the second new Star Wars either. I was so disappointed in the first one, I didn't continue on.

You should be ashamed for not watching the LOTR movies and Alien. Totally excellent. I will help you with this project.
