Let's play a new game I invented. It's called First Track/Last Track. All you do is post the first and last track of an album and everyone tries to guess what album it is. Whoever guesses correctly first gets to put up the next one.
Hidden tracks don't count and it shouldn't be so obscure that only you and the engineer on the album know about it.
And of course, no googling.
I'll go first.
"Slate"/"Steal the Crumbs"

I do enjoy a good game like this, but I had to Google it to find the answer, so I won't say it.

That would be "Anodyne" by Uncle Tupelo.
Thanks A-Law for throwing one right in my wheel house.
Here's an easy one (if you indie rockers don't know, this'll get you learned up)
"Time of a Preacher"/"Bonaparte's Retreat"

Sue's are Willie Nelson songs, but i'm too lazy to look through Willie's substantial discography to find out which album.
Snizz, when you guess one, you get to do the next. I'll bust one in the interim to keep the action moving:
"Break on Through/The End"

It was "Red-Headed Stranger"
I mean who doesn't love a country concept album!
The last one is The Doors debut album I believe.
How about "Mahgeetah/One in the Same?"

Took me a while to remember that The Man in Black covered that first song.
American III
How about we change gears away from the Americana.

Good enough for me.
It was "Cure for Pain." The first Morphine album I owned.
I believe you also get to put up another one A-Law.
