Monday, February 20 I'm not sure I agree with Adam about how good this South African hip-hop group is, but at least they are interesting.
Tuesday, February 21
Wednesday, February 22 Instrumental prog rock with a touch of drone, it's worth traveling to Capitol Hill to see Shrouded in Veils.
Thursday, February 23 Anyone with the balls to name their band Beard Tongue deserves a spot on the POTW. Plus, the show is in Georgetown, so even if the band sucks at least you can pretend you are cool for a night.
Friday, February 24 Derek's raving about the new Howlin' Rain album. They'll be at the Sunset Friday with Whalebones. There's also great free music in West Seattle Friday night. Fall of 1920 may be the loudest indie band in town, but openers At the Spine may be up to the audible challenge.
Drone on brother, drone on. Dylan Carlson and his tribe will be unveil their newest album Angels of Darkness part two at new-ish venue Highline. I'll be there. You should be too.
Sunday, February 26 Josiah has 5000 Facebook friends, so that means he has to be good, right? Probably not, but it's Sunday so what else are you gonna do? (0) Comments |
