Big BLDG Bash 2017
June 3 in Seattle

In June, our favorite little independent music festival, Big BLDG Bash, celebrated their fourth anniversary with a customary lineup of the area’s best independent and emerging artists. Though we lamented the need for the stages to move outside the large green warehouse below the West Seattle Bridge / I-99 exchange where the festival has taken place each of the last three years, it was nice to see the mighty KEXP get involved.
Does this mean 2017 will serve as a transitional year for Big BLDG Bash, with the festival slowly shedding it’s DIY roots and becoming an increasingly prominent player on the local scene? Time will tell.
One thing is certain: the 2017 event was chock full of amazing performers, including many of our NadaMucho.com favorites, including CHARMS (#41for2015); DoNormaal and Snuff Redux (#41for2016); Astro King Phoenix and Cavegreen (#41for2017).
