14 Bands to Watch in 2014: #4 Elbow Coulee
Wanna party? The boys in ‘The Coulee can make that happen on any night of the week. Just come check their exceptional live set.
The Olympia band started as a quartet, then trimmed down to a Trio, and are now just duo… but they can still make even the most jaded indie hipster dance.
The pair, Andrew Tuller and Joshua Morgan, make electronic music that makes me think of the Bee Gees and Scissor Sisters. And they may single-handedly cure this city’s propensity to stand still at live shows, arms folded, hipster glasses resting low on the bridge of the nose.
Check out the other bands on Tim’s list of “14 to Watch in 2014” at:
- Clearly Beloved

- Death By Stars
- The Spider Ferns
- Summer Babes
- Ever So Android
- Wildlife Indoors
