Seattle’s biggest festival, Bumbershoot, is in full swing and once again producers One Reel bring us a plethora of local and national musical acts, comedians, films and performing artsists. Here are a few things I am looking forward to on Sunday.

Tony Bennett – Tony Bennett doesn’t really fit into my style of music but the man is a legend. I don’t know how much he performs live these days, but I can’t imagine it continues much longer. So get out and see this classic crooner while you can.

Tony Bennett performs at 3:15 p.m. on the Bumbershoot Mainstage.

Yelawolf – While I haven’t seen anything from Yelawolf in a hot minute, he still has a crazy flow. And while he’s no Eminem he is a white guy who can rap and keep up with the game, so he gets my respect. I hear his shows get pretty rowdy, so this should be a good time.

Yeawolf performs at 4 p.m. on the TuneIn Stage.

Doug Benson – Comedy gold. Don’t believe me? YouTube some of his stand up, listen to his podcast (Doug Loves Movies) or watch Super High Me. The guy has been performing stand up longer than I have been alive, so his craft has been perfected.

Doug Loves Movies Starring Doug Benson happens at 4:15 in the Bagley Wright Theater.

Fred ArmisenSaturday Night Live and Portlandia. Those two shows should be enough to make you want to see Fred’s set.

Fred Armisen performs at 8 p.m. at the Intiman Theater.

Big Sean – Lately I haven’t been as impressed with Big Sean but his early stuff was money. Finally Famous and Finally Famous Vol. 3: BIG are his best works to date. I won’t hold my breath that he plays much from either of those mixtapes but his latest album, aptly titled Finally Famous, has a few gems (“Celebrity” and “Live This Life”).

Big Sean plays at 8:15 p.m. on the Bumbershoot Mainstage.

As always, there are hundreds of other things to do at Bumbershoot this year. So expand your horizons, watch a band you’ve never heard of, listen to a comedy performance or attend a live reading. You never know what you might find.

Visit Bumbershoot’s website for a full lineup of performers.
