Bumbershoot Announces 2015 Lineup
Today the consortium of entities working to preserve and revitalize Bumbershoot, Seattle’s long-standing arts festival at the Seattle Center, announced the lineup for the 2015 event scheduled for September 5-7. Included on the bill are nationally-known notables like Neko Case, The Weeknd and Faith No More as well as locals like Constant Lovers, Raz Simone and #41for2015 act Duke Evers.
The announcement was made at a formal press conference from the Space Needle and included comments from Seattle Mayor Ed Murray; Heather Smith, Interim Executive Director of long-time producer One Reel; and Rob Thomas, Vice President, AEG Live Pacific Northwest, who took over booking duties this year.
Here’s the full lineup. We’d love to know your thoughts on this year’s performers in the comments section below.

Hey not even a single nod to performers from days gone by? There are plenty of people
performing who are not big deal headliners but have been creating great music for years. Last year you had Mavis Staples which was excellent, and the Replacements. Both shows were well worth while. So maybe there is more to be announced, . I will still probably go to 1 day of the festival, but I am sure I will head to S. Fran for the Hardly Strictly Festival which always has
a lineup I enjoy. Slightly bummed over 45 Bumberfan
