Capitol Hill Block Party Announces Full 2015 Lineup Including Father John Misty, Girlpool, and more!
Capitol Hill Block Party continues its reign as the greatest music festival in the Northwest and, likely, the nation.
Starting today at 9 a.m., you can purchase one single day ticket for $50 (or you snag two days for $90 and stunt on the low) to a festival that is incomparably diligent about quality programming.
In addition to a line-up that has already caused me to ugly cry (from happiness) many times, Capitol Hill Block Party now adds the lustily comedic Father John Misty, who’s excellent sophomore album I Love You, Honeybear is an easy contender for Album of the Year, and Philadelphia’s premier folk-punk duo Girlpool. The folk-pop stylings of Ivan & Alyosha, and Seattle’s keystone hip-hop group, The Physics, were somehow also added and – fuck – why do I keep crying like this? Check out the rest of the additions below:
Father John Misty // Ivan & Alyosha // The Physics // Kodak to Graph // Girlpool // Yumi Zouma // Jarv Dee // Brothers from Another // Daniel Kirkpatrick // Slow Dance // Snuff Redux // Murder Vibes // Chimurenga Renaissance // Theoretics // Theories // Whitney Lyman // Maiah Manser // Fabulous Party Boys // Ryan Caraveo // Acid Tongue // Dex Amora // Moon Dial // Ephrata // HARPS // Gods Themselves // Kung Foo Grip // JusMoni // Freak Vibe // SSDD // Deep Creep // Blood Drugs // Grave Babies // Grenades // Great Falls // Old Iron // My Goodness // Heiress // Curse of the North // Lesbian // Great Spiders // Scott Yoder // Bad Blood // Cold Fronts // Brain Drain // Gazebos // Summer Cannibals
