Hey kids, we’re pleased as punch to announce the lineup for our third annual #NadaFest, a highly-concentrated three day gathering of the area’s best emerging musical acts performing on alternating stages between October 19 and 21 at Substation in Freelard.
Hey kids! We’re pleased as punch to inform you that, throughout The Capitol Hill Block Party (CHBP), NadaMucho.com is paying tribute to the iconic festival with a free photo exhibit and daily live performances at Everyday Music, just outside the festival’s gates.
Partially deafened and commonly seen in dark, mono-tonal attire, Seattle-based photographers Travis Trautt and Jake Hanson have been capturing moments from local shows and festivals for the past three years. We’ve been fortunate enough to feature the digital fruits of these labors regularly on NadaMucho.com, so it seemed only natural that we’d support the duo’s first foray in to the physical realm.
Matt Ashworth – One thing we forgot to do when we were planning #NadaFest 2016 is check the schedule for popular local NFL football team the Seattle Seahawks, who were playing division rivals the Arizona Cardinals when the first three bands played on Sunday, Oct. 23.
Matt Ashworth – Saturday, Oct. 22 was my favorite night of #NadaFest, partially because there was the highest concentration of interesting people to talk to inside Substation, partly because it was my birthday, and mostly because we had eight great sets.
