NadaMucho: Are you guys any good?
Matt Stegner: Yes, of course. We freakin’ rock (I am throwing the devil horns right now).
NM: Columbia House Music catalog has described artists with terms such as “Skronk rock†and “nu-wave metal.†How might they describe you?
A. "Screamo," but with a pop influence.
NM: If you and your band members had super powers, what would they be?
A. Dave, our drummer, has super powers of persuasion. Erin, our guitarist, has the ability to be drunk at the drop of a hat. Me, I can read minds, you dirty, dirty boy.
NM: Are you afraid of carbohydrates?
A. Carbs, no. Aspartame, yes. How can anything be so sweet and not have any side effects?

A. Not too loose, not too tight. Must be at least 5 years old, and has been washed no less than a hundred times.
NM: Do you know if Fonzi dated both Leather and Pinky Tuscadero?
A: I don’t know who Fonzi dated, but wouldn’t his whole shtick be considered kinda weird/scary by today’s standards? The guy was grown man who only hung out with a bunch of high school students, never had a serious adult relationship, and lived above the Cunningham’s garage. What kind of role model is that?
NM: Denim or gabardine?
A. I had to look up what the heck "gabardine" was, so my answer is denim. And see the shirt question above for wearability rules.
