Last weekend, the fourth annual Summit Block Party took a step into adulthood, pulling off it’s first city-approved DIY music and arts extravaganza in the middle of Summit Ave between Olive and Howell Street on Capitol Hill after three years of flying below the radar.
A lovingly-curated lineup of bands performed on two outdoor stages and down the street at the Redwood while artists displayed and hawked their wares, young adults took advantage of the small skateboard ramp and people of all ages enjoyed the vibe.
Photographers Alex Crick, AJ Dent and Marcus Klotz captured the day-time outdoor action for us in pictures.
