What a crazy all-ages show last month when Austin band the Black Lips played Seattle venue Chop Suey. (I think I might have even seen one of the guitar players do a quick key bump of coke. Epic!) The band’s manic on-stage energy was matched by a wild young crowd and a ton of old school stage diving, perfect for their garage punk sound.
Speaking of sounds, the venue did an excellent job dialing the band in because they sounded terrific all night.
