Chicago DJ Whethan brings his talent’s and good times vibe to Seattle tonight as part of his “Life as a Wallflower Tour” with openers Alexander lewis and Flower Yoshi.
At 19, the Dj/Producer, also known as Dj Ethan Snoreck, has made undeniable imprints in music thus far in 2018. When he wasn’t collaborating with pop stars like Dua Lipa on the song “High”, Whethan was sending the internet into a frenzy. During his Coachella set he brought out “Walmart Yodeling Boy” Mason Ramsey and the shared the stage as the crowd’s energy drowned out the singing.
Friday’s show brings with it a message of love and it is moments like that which prove it to be true.
Live, Whethan’s sound is very intentional in its goal to make you feel good. The mixture of dynamic sounds and laid back tones makes it impossible not to move.
Visually, “Life as a Wallflower Tour” is as breathtaking seen as it is heard. If that isn’t enough to convince you that Whethan’s Friday Night show at Showbox Sodo cannot be missed, click the link below and take a listen for yourself. Hopefully you can join me. If not don’t worry: I’m bringing my camera.
