Wig Fits All Heads Celebrates Birth of 3-Headed Hydra Baby
The Wig Fits All Heads Bday Bash!

High Dive Seattle
Local wordsmith shop The Wig Fits All Heads celebrates its fourth year of existence with commensurrate shows, including this Friday’s gig at The High Dive with local heavies Shim, Das Llamas, Birdmonster, and Hockey.
But what is The Wig? It’s the lively and growing three-headed baby of Seattle University alum Ashley Graham. Head No.1: A Seattle-based website featuring writing about music — interviews, live reviews, album reviews, previews, occasional rants. Sorta like a little place you already know and love. Head No.2: Concert promoter booking local bands (and the occasional out-of-stater) at venues about the city. Head No. 3: Indie pr firm working with bands deserving of love and devotion. Bands like Shim, Das Llamas, Birdmonster, and Hockey.
The Wig does God’s good work, and as the site continues to expand and explore, we want to join the rest of Seattle in saying Happy Birthday!
And Graham gives the best reason why:
What’s fitting about this is that the Wig is approaching 4 years of existence, and as you might have noticed, it’s been in the midst of another transition. In the last year since launching WIGPR, the website portion of the Wig has taken a back seat to the budding PR biz. I don’t regret that. I worked hard on the Wig for three years, and finally having some writers who can cover the bases for me has been phenomenal (special thanks to Katie, Nick and Adam!). It could have been updated more, and it could have included more, but by all accounts, I think we’ve done alright. And we’ll continue to do so.
After kicking off the festivities at the High Dive this Friday, Wig Fits All Heads Celebration continues the next night in Spokane with two shows at The Blvd. The first is all-ages and the second is only for those of legal drinking age.
