Or nomadic psychedelic musicians. Or nomadic musicians on psychedelics. The possibilities are endless.

As you may recall, Capitol Hill Block Party announced their headliners a few weeks ago, showing an impressive depth for the festival both in genre and quality. By adding more acts via The Vera Stage, presented by Alaska Airlines Visa Signature Card Now, the Cap Hill area can expect even more impressive acts, both on a national and local scale, including Dum Dum Girls, The Julie Ruin, and Robert Delong.
In the 1960s there were the Beatles, the ‘Stones, Herman’s Hermits, Eric Burdon & the Animals. The 1980s brought Elvis Costello, Duran Duran and Billy Idol. It seems like every twenty years, America’s shores are ripe for a new British Invasion. April 9 at Neumos I might have witnessed the emergence of the next wave.
