Marco Collins – I think we can all agree that 2017 was a rough year, on many levels. In addition to the distressing national political climate and the tech-fueled growth of the city making it harder on artists and the working class, we lost an icon and one of the best singers Seattle has ever seen.

Marco Collins – 2014 was a fantastic year for Seattle records (and sports teams), but I managed to narrow my yearly list down to the 35 great local recordings. This year I decided to include EPs because so many important releases only had 4-6 songs.
