Cameron Deuel – The Hoot Hoots released zippy, addictive album called COLORPUNCH last November, which is weird considering it’s a perfect summer album. Based on the crunch-pop maximalism that spans the record, not to mention the infectious and bottomless energy exhibited throughout, The Hoot Hoots don’t like to do things normally.

Sydney Root – I stumbled upon Blood Sister in a roundabout way through my glorious best friend a few years ago. One hot summer night, we were dancing to her Spotify mix and enjoying a brew or two at her house, and Night Manager’s track, “Red Skies,” came bellowing out of the speakers in her quaint, little living room.

Stephanie Dore – Always looking for my next favorite local band, I first came across the guys from Stubborn Son rocking the stage of Fisherman’s Village Music Festival just last month, I felt the buzz. Marco Collins was there chanting the band’s praises and Garrett Lamp (vocals/guitar), Andrew Knapp (bass/vocals), and Blair Daly (drums) are quickly racking up fans with their gritty, honest rock ‘n’ roll.

Big BLDG Bash took place June 6, 2015 in Seattle with nearly 50 artists performing on two courtyard “Yard” stages, a pair of industrial indoor performance areas called “Hangar 1” and “Hangar 2” and a couple of smaller rooms upstairs in the large green warehouse that hosted the event for it’s second year.
